Embark on an exhilarating full-day safari to Yala National Park, renowned as one of the best places in the world to spot elusive leopards in their natural habitat. Your early morning departure from Hikkaduwa sets the stage for an adventurous journey along Sri Lanka’s scenic southern coast.

Upon arrival at Yala, join an expert ranger for an immersive jeep safari through diverse landscapes of forest, rocky outcrops, and lagoons. Witness a rich variety of wildlife including Asian elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles, wild buffalo, and sambar deer, along with over 200 bird species such as peacocks, hornbills, and eagles.

After your morning safari, enjoy a relaxing lunch at a local safari lodge near the park. There is an optional visit to Kataragama Temple, a significant site for Buddhist and Hindu pilgrims.

On your return trip, unwind with stops at the beautiful southern beaches of Tangalle and Mirissa before being dropped off back in Hikkaduwa.
